Before you check out, book your next refreshment plan and set goals for when you get home.
It is recommended to wait about two weeks after the birth, when you will have questions about childcare at home and will start to feel fatigued from lack of sleep.
You can encourage yourself by saying, "I can go to Mom Garden in x weeks! I can sleep there! Let's keep trying until then!"
